The Montana Department of Environmental Quality currently has two Public Comment processes open that affect water quality.  The first is the 2016 Draft Water Quality Integrated Report  (Comment Period is March 14-May 13, 2016) and the second is the Water Quality Standards Triennial Review (Comment Period ends June 3, 2016.  Documents and more information can be found at:  http://cwaic.mt.gov.

The Board of Environmental Review will also hold a hearing to solicit comment on the water quality standards on June 3, 2016 in Helena.  The BER is interested in hearing comments on any aspect of Montana’s water quality standards.
